This machine is mainly used for drying and baking granular materials such as sesame, beans, kernels, nuts, peanuts, melon seeds, almonds, chestnuts, broad beans, coffee beans, etc. in the food processing industry.

The machine uses liquefied gas heating as the heat source, and the motor drives the drum to rotate. It adopts rotary cage technology, uses the principles of heat conduction and heat radiation, and uses hot air as the drying medium to apply heat energy to the baked object. During the baking process, the baked object is continuously pushed and rolled in the cage by the propulsion device, forming an uninterrupted cycle, so that the material is heated evenly, effectively ensuring the baking quality.

The machine has automatic temperature control and timing devices. The temperature can be freely adjusted between 0-300 degrees according to the required temperature. It is easy to use. The factory standard is 380v, and 220v voltage can be customized.
