Small grouting machine adopts liquefied gas heating system, thermal oil circulation, so that the asphalt or grouting glue melting, through the pressure of the asphalt pump by the discharge port out of the material and the effect of crack treatment. Through the pressure injection type grouting, so that the material and the seam wall tightly combined, steering flexible universal wheel tracking cracks, so that the grouting effect is beautiful. As the grouting material uses asphalt or grouting glue, it is easy to solidify at lower temperatures, the grouting machine is equipped with a Yamaha generator set to provide the power of the whole machine, the grouting machine adopts a thermostatic control system in the part of the discharge pipe to avoid the material from scorching and aging, and to ensure the smoothness of the discharge.
