The electric rust remover consists of three parts: motor, frame, and blade shaft assembly.
The welded frame is equipped with steel casters on both sides of the body, nylon casters on the front wheel support in the middle, a power switch on the armrest crossbar of the frame, a motor seat on the upper part of the frame, and a V-belt transmission device on the blade shaft assembly at the lower part of the frame. The rotating components are equipped with protective covers, and the protective baffle installed at the lower end of the frame is used to block rust from the shovel lifting.
The main shaft of the blade shaft component is hung upside down on the bottom surface of the frame through rolling bearing seats at both ends. There are six evenly arranged pivot pins between the disks, each equipped with two rows of eighteen blades separated by sleeves. The blades on any adjacent pivot pin are arranged in a staggered manner. Fix two discs with six long bolts to form the entire blade axis.
This machine is suitable for removing rust and paint from large areas of steel plates on decks, hatch covers, cargo warehouses, and other steel structures of ships of 10000 tons and above.
